Civil engineer and academic working at the intersection of structural engineering and computation. My teaching and research centre on the seismic behaviour of reinforced concrete structures — how existing residential building stock actually performs under strong ground motion, and how non-linear analysis can make that performance measurable rather than assumed.
Over thirteen years of teaching I have taken roughly ten courses a year across the undergraduate and graduate programmes, ranging from engineering drawing and programming fundamentals to structural analysis and computer applications in civil engineering, alongside supervision of master theses and independent research. I also serve on scientific committees for three conferences and take part in the activities of the EAAA association.
Defended the PhD topic "Seismic Performance Evaluation of Residential RC Template Buildings Using Non-Linear Analyses Procedures" with high honors.
Graduated with high honours, profile of structure, focused on the effect of earthquakes on reinforced concrete buildings using Incremental Dynamic Analysis (IDA).
